Our menu proposes both traditional and genuine recipes from the authentic Abruzzo cuisine and original recipes suggested by our Chef.
The philosophy of our Restaurant says “the food of home” and it is based on the enhancement of Teramo territory and its excellent and fascinating products. Our dishes satisfy both taste and sight.
When choosing raw materials we prefer the products from the farms of the area: products with 0 food miles guarantee freshness and quality. Besides, as far as possible, we choose seasonal products to exalt the flavour and freshness of the dishes.
